1. Acceptance of Terms

GOGREEN Outdoor Pros provides outdoor services including, but not limited to:- Artificial grass installation and maintenance
- Paver installation (non-structural)
- Hardscape enhancements
- Outdoor design and aesthetic improvements
3. Licensing & Legal Limitations
GOGREEN Outdoor Pros is not a licensed contractor in the State of Florida and does not perform any work that requires a state-issued contractor’s license.This includes, but is not limited to:
- Structural construction or structural modifications
- Electrical work
- Plumbing systems
- Gas systems
- Drainage systems requiring permitting
- Any work requiring licensed engineering or permitting
4. Third-Party Contractors
In cases where a project requires licensed work, the client is responsible for hiring a properly licensed contractor.GOGREEN Outdoor Pros may recommend third-party providers; however, we are not responsible for the work, performance, or compliance of any third-party contractor.
5. Estimates & Agreements
All estimates provided are based on the visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final scope, pricing, and responsibilities are defined in the service agreement signed by the client.Any additional work requested outside the original agreement may be subject to additional charges.
6. Permits & Compliance
The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or HOA authorizations unless otherwise stated in writing.GOGREEN Outdoor Pros will not perform work that requires permits or licensing beyond the scope allowed by law.
7. Site Conditions
The client is responsible for:- Providing safe and accessible work areas
- Disclosing underground utilities or site conditions
- Ensuring the property is ready for installation
8. Warranty & Maintenance
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship within the agreed scope of services.However, we are not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, weather events, or third parties
- Issues related to structural elements outside our scope
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOGREEN Outdoor Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.10. Right to Refuse or Modify Services
GOGREEN Outdoor Pros reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service that:- Falls outside legal limitations
- Requires licensing not held by the Company
- Poses safety or compliance concerns
11. Intellectual Property
